Requirements

Handling cash transaction.
Maintain the services required such as withdrawal, transfer, clearing transaction

Customer Service

Requirements

Male or Female, max 27 year old.Hold S1 in any degree.
Proficiency in MS. Office especially MS. Excel is a must.
Fluent in English written & oral is a plus.
Having min 1 year experience as Call Centre is a big plus.
Having min TOEFL score 400 from reputation course and certificate
Good communication analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Handle incoming calls from customer and able to assist them with any problems, services, requests and others.
Maintain the services required such as calls to the customer to ensure a service and product relationship with them.

Legal

Responsibilities

Contacting clients and gathering client’s supporting document
Manage legal paper and documentation filing
Prepares agreements
Undertake review and legal drafting,handles agreement and represent the company in contract negotiation
Ensure compliance with relevant Indonesia decrees,rules & requirements,law and regulations at all time
Responsible for the legal matters of the company's business operation.
Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration.

Requirements

Male/Female, max ages 27
Hold Min. S1 from reputable university from Law Graduate with GPA min 3.00
Banking experiences as a Legal Dept. Head in Banking/Notaries and/or Law Consultant would be an advantage
Good knowledge and experience in trade finance, credit, operation and banking product
Good knowledge in banking law, business, corporate law and legal structure finance
Having experience in draft legal opinion and legal policy & standard document
Excellent in English both verbal & written min EPT/TOEFL prediction score 400
Hardworking and able to work under pressure
Good in Team Work and socialize with others
Work location: Jakarta

Allah & Nabi Muhammad dilecehkan di WordPress, jangan diam!

Tadi pagi saat masuk ke dasborku di wordpress.com, aku menjumpai sebuah blog “muslim” bertengger di daftar “Blog WordPress.com Nge-Top hari ini”. Seketika aku mengucap “alhamdulillaah …” Saat itu aku merasa bersyukur karena ada blog “islami” yang ngetop di papan atas. Tapi rupanya aku keliru. Barusan, seorang sahabat memberi tahu bahwa blog tersebut bukan blog muslim. Bahkan, blog itu melecehkan Allah, Nabi Muhammad, dan segala yang berbau Islam. Astaghfirullaah….

Akankah kita tinggal diam saja menyaksikan Tuhan dan Nabi kita dilecehkan secara terbuka? Jangan! Mari kita bergerak melawannya. Kita bisa melawannya, antara lain dengan beramai-ramai melaporkan blog tersebut sebagai spam. (Laporan ini akan lebih efektif bila orang yang melaporkan ini ada banyak.)

Caranya: Klik http://en.wordpress.com/report-spam/?url=beritamuslim.wordpress.com. Pada kotak “Why”, tuliskan alasan pelaporan kita. Misalnya: “This beritamuslim blog is named in a manner that misleads its readers into thinking that the owner is a Muslim. Whereas in fact, this blog insults muslims along with their properties.”

Ketika Nia Ramadhani Kelihatan Belahan Dadanya

Bams (vokalis Samsons), mantan pacar Nia Ramadhani, memprotes kategori film esek-esek. Katanya, kalau cuma kelihatan belahan dada, masak dibilang porno. “Namanya film biar bagaimana pun bakal ke arah situ. Kalau lihat ada sedikit belahan dada kelihatan, terus dibilang porno, ya susah sekali. Itu kan sama saja menyempitkan pola pikir,” ujar Bams kepada Okezone.com di Studio RCTI, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat, Kamis (7/1/2010).

Itu berarti, Bams tak keberatan bila pacar-pacarnya (seperti Nia Ramadhani) kelihatan belahan dadanya di muka umum. Apakah ia tak keberatan bila pacarnya menjadi “santapan” mesum bagi tatapan mata para lelaki hidung belang? Apakah ia pura-pura tidak tahu akan tatapan mesum para lelaki hidung belang ketika Nia Ramadhani atau pacar-pacarnya yang lain (dari kalangan selebritis) kelihatan belahan dadanya? Bagaimana menurut dirimu?
